Microsoft is offering small businesses a free one-on-one consultation

Microsoft has unveiled a free one-on-one business consultancy service for small enterprises such as stores, NGOs, and educational institutions. This new online consultation service is comparable to the sales assistance plan released in 2020, and it intends to help small businesses and education customers with their digital transformation initiatives.

This new one-hour consultancy service focuses on Microsoft 365 services and Surface tablets sales support. This service also offers free 30-minute product training sessions, although technical assistance is not provided during these sessions. Customers, on the other hand, are eligible for post-purchase product setup and implementation assistance.

"By using cloud-based technology tools and services like as Microsoft 365 and Dynamics to empower people and unlock development, the free Business Consultation service may assist with digital transformation strategies." "Microsoft will be there every step of the way to answer questions and help clients get the solutions they require," said Joy Attuh, Microsoft UK's Senior Hub Manager.

How to schedule a one-on-one business consultation

Customers must first visit Microsoft's Business Consultation page to schedule an appointment. To connect with the proper product specialist, choose a suitable topic from the list. Select a convenient date/time, enter basic information, and then click the Review and Confirm button.

An appointment confirmation email with a Microsoft Teams meeting URL will be sent to users. Customers who do not have a Microsoft Teams account can also sign in as a guest user using Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

According to Microsoft's FAQ, the new one-on-one consulting service is presently accessible for all corporate and education clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. If you're interested in learning more, go to Microsoft's business counseling page.
